AppMan , an application management tool, allows users to create categories and subcategories to organize, launch, and uninstall all the applications in a single window.

Using AppMan, Android users can organize more than One Thousand Applications (1000+) in a single window with ease of use. All apps can be arranged under 5 Main Tabs and unlimited sub tabs in such a way that any application can be located and launched with in few seconds of time

Users can rename the Main tabs and Sub tabs. All tab icons except App Man tab can be changed using user friendly interface. Users can add, edit, and remove any Sub tab under any of the user defined Main tabs. Users can copy, remove and move the applications across sub tabs. Users can create multiple copies of an application

Main tabs are the main categories that show up in the first row with icons. There are 5 main tabs in AppMan. Sub-tabs are the subcategories with in the main categories. You can create up to 10 sub categories in any Main category.

The First main tab with this icon is named as ‘AppMan’. It is fixed and users cannot modify this tab and the subtabs under this appman tab. You can see all downloaded applications, System Applications, Most used applications, Least used applications of your android phone. Except this first tab, you can edit all other main tabs and the sub tabs inside those main tabs.

Operation Icon: This is the single icon you need to click to organize your applications into tabs and sub tabs. This is visible when you are in user defined tabs. This icon is not visible in ‘app man’ tab . When you click on this icon you will be presented with a screen to make changes to current tab. Current Tab is the tab that is selected when you press ‘Operation icon’ i.e if you are in Games main tab and clik on operation icon then your current tabs is games. You will see 3 sections in operation window namely Apps, Tabs, and Help.
Apps: Select this section to add, remove and move the applications with respect to current tab.

Tabs: Select this section to add , remove, and rename the sub-tabs in the current main tab.

Help: See this section to get help on the available options in the screen.

This icon is used to close the Task bar of AppMan.

This icon is used to open the Task bar of AppMan

Task Bar: Task bar contains value added operational icons. They are basically to improve the user feel while using the android phone. Sorting, View change icons, and the application count are present in this bar

Task bar contains search box multiplexed in space with other icons in AppMan tab view.

Sort the application view in alphabetical order (A to Z ).

Sort the applications in reverse alphabetical order ( Z to A).

Sort the applications based on Installation date of the applications.

Change the view of applications into Grid view

Change the view of applications in to List view.

Change the view of applications in to Detailed view. Detailed view contains additional data about the application.

Click on this icon to see the search box. It is available in AppMan Tab only.

Click on this icon to remove the search box and show the other icons of task bar.

Operation Window
Current Tab: The Main tab from which you have launched this Screen. You can make changes to the current tab and its sub tabs.

Tabs Section:
Add: You can create up to 10 sub tabs under the current tab. Give the tab names you want to created and click on add. Sub tabs will be created under current tab.
Rename: You can edit the sub tab names. When you select this option, you will list of sub tabs that are present in the current tab along with the current tab name. You can edit the names and click on Rename button to rename the tabs.
Remove: Using this option you can remove any sub-tab with in the current tab. If the sub-tab contains applications all those applications will be removed.
Remove operation is neither delete nor uninstall with respect to applications.

Apps Section:
Add: - Using this option, you can add applications to a particular sub-tab under the current tab. If you select this option you will see all applications with multiple select option and below that option to select the sub tab to which you would like to add the applications. Select all the application by tapping on the respective checkboxes, select the sub-tab, and click on Add button.

Remove: Using this option, you can remove apps from the current tab and its subtabs. When you select this option you will be given list of all applications in the current tab. You need to select the applications by tapping on check boxed and click on remove button. Remove is neither delete nor uninstall. Application will be removed from the subtab but not from the system.

Move: Using this option, you can move apps from one sub-tab to another sub-tab. When you select this option you will be given list of all applications in the current tab. You need to select the applications by tapping on check boxes, select the target sub-tab, where you want to see the moved apps.
